Shipping Policy:

Order cancellations for regular-priced items: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after ordering. After this window, we are unable to cancel the order.

Sale items: Sale items are free shipping on all orders. All sales are final.

Shipping costs: Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing times: Processing times are 14 business days. Shipping typically takes up to 2 months in business days. Please note that delays can occasionally happen, which may alter these estimated timeframes.

Lost or stolen packages: We do not cover lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping provider/3PL directly to file a claim.
